So, if that scenario arises, do you recommend me getting a stamping with the new sponsor or travel with the stamp which has existing sponsor? Also, if I can travel to work for the new sponsor with the existing stamping, can the H1 transfer initiated before my travel? Thank you very much. Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted December 4, 2012 Report Share Posted December 4, 2012 You can use the existing visa along with the approved H1 petition of the company you will be working for on coming here. Of course you are allowed to get a new H1 sponsor at any time. Link to comment
