L1B rejected twice in 2011, Can I apply L1B again in 2013?

Hi,

My L1B renewal was rejected in Feb 2011 and then again in July 2011.

My employer is ready to apply for my L1B again.

Is it safe to apply for L1B again in 2013?

How would the mere act of applying be dangerous or unsafe? Unless one knows the reason one can only speculate. It would seem to be based on your credentials. The company should involve a Lawyer.
