H1B & H4 Question

Hello Experts.

I work for a company 'A' and have filed my H1B extension in July'12 and got it approved and my expiration date is 12/2015. My company 'A' has been acquired by company 'B' in Sep'12 and H1B amendment was filed by company 'B' which I got it approved until 10/2015. My case is not an issue!

My wife (dependant) 'H4' extension was filed by company 'A' along with my extension and the H4 was given until 12/2015 (as same as my case) but my new company 'B' did not file amendment for my wife (H4).

My current H1B from company 'B' has the expiration date of 10/2015. Since the H4 was not filed by company 'B', as per my dependant's I-797 from company 'A', the expiration date is in 12/2015. How my dependant can have expiration date as 12/2015 if the primary applicant (me) has it as 10/2015?

Since we all have plans to go for stamping, we are worried if this would be questioned by the visa officer.

Please help answer if this is an issue.
