rahul_20111984 Posted November 29, 2012 Report Share Posted November 29, 2012 Hi, I had a H1B approval from Employer A and a valid visa stamped till Jan 2014 on my passport with I-94. Now i moved to Employer B and New employer transferred my H1B. The new approval notice from Employer B is valid till October 2013. Now i want to go to india for vacation in April 2013 and then come back to US in 2 weeks. In this case, Do i need to get a visa again stamped on my passport before entering into US ? I went through the online forums and it says that new visa stamping is not required and i just need to carry my new approval notice while travelling. Just wanted to check with you guys if the understanding is correct. Link to comment
