harry139 Posted November 27, 2012 Report Share Posted November 27, 2012 right now i'm on OPT and working as a FT, my company will apply for my H1 in April 2013. i'm getting married in Feb 2013 , i'm hearing a lot of F2 rejections these days. my question is after my H1 get approved in April(will apply premium) how soon can my wife go for H4 stamping?
