L2 extension

Hi,

I am on L1 with company A and my visa is valid till Feb 2013 but my I-94 is valid till Mar 2015. I got my wife L2 visa which is valid till Feb 2013 only and her I-94 is also valid till Feb 2013. She applied for EAD which is also valid till Feb 2013. I want to stay in Us on my I-94 status till 2015.

1) Is there a way that my wife can also stay with me on valid status till 2015?

2) Does she need to apply for I-94 extension on the basis of my I-94?

3) She is working now on her EAD. Can she get her EAD also extended ? If yes..How?

Please help. Its urgent

It begs the question why her I94 has a different date. She should be able to extend her L2 status.

Did you obtain your L1 visa under your employer's Blanket Petition? If so, admission is generally supposed to be granted for 3 years (in which case, you may be able to request CBP correct the date, depending upon the circumstances.) Otherwise, you can generally file an extension for an L2 spouse based upon the valid status of the L1.

i have few question if you have valid I-94 till 2015 but visa is expiers in dec 2012 .

1) Can we work in USA legally till 2015.

2) Can i work with any other employers?
