madz
Hi, I have an approved H1-b from a non profit organization( full time) with the start date as 01/01/2013. I am getting married on Jan 15th and would like to get my spouse on a dependent visa(H4). My spouse had two visa rejections earlier when he tried to apply for Master's. The cause of rejection was not mentioned to him I have the following questions. 1) Is it a good idea for us to to go stamping together (both h1b and h4) or separately, taking into considerations his earlier rejections. 2)If we can go to stamping together, Can I book an interview slot (h1b and h4) even before we are married and mention my fiance's details in DS-160 form as spouse?? We would get married and would have a marriage certificate at the time of interview. I would really appreciate , if I could get a response. Thank you Link to comment

pontevecchio
1. YES and Absolutely. 2. YES. Assuming no fraud was involved in the F1 visa rejection. Link to comment
