h1b-doubts
Is it possible for my Employer to submit a petition with USCIS requesting not to revoke the H1B (hold or lock the H1B) of a resigned Employee since the Employer intends to hire the Employee back with in few months. If yes, what kind of petition will be submitted and what is the typical turnaround by USCIS. Appreciate your reply! Link to comment
pontevecchio
Why? Revocation is an administrative requirement and has no connection to you. If you are being sent abroad for a few months then nothing need be done. Otherwise filing a H1 petition later on and getting approval is the way to go. Link to comment
JoeF
The company is require BY LAW to inform USCIS that the person no longer works there. Link to comment
