kamy Posted November 21, 2012 Report Share Posted November 21, 2012 Hello, My six year of H1B is expiring in July-2013. I have still 7 months left on my H1B visa. My labor is pending as it is applied in Nov-2012. Just wanted to check is it safe to travel to India in Jan and do stamping? Will it be problem in visa stamping on just 7 month validity of H1B. Please advice if I need to travel now or after getting labor approved? Thanks Link to comment
