H1B Academic Terminated Volunteerly and now want to reapply Please help

Dear friends,

I got married in 2010 and brought my spouse to usa in the same year.

I am on H1B Academic visa and spouse on H4 Visa.

This year i came to india and applied for divorce, and i have volunteerly resigned my job and terminated my visa. But my spouse flew to USA and currently staying there.

I am at the final stages of divorce and after spending tough months in india finally i have secured a job in usa.

My question is,

what are visa chances as i was terminated my previous one?

Have you reported your soon to be ex's illegal presence to US authorities? H-4 is dependent on H-1B and should not be living in the US when H-1B does not have valid status (not working in the US).
