URGENT HELP!!!Travel Back to USA after H1 Denial and valid Visa!!

Hello,

I will try and explain my case as clear as possible.

1. I had a valid H1 and a stamped Visa until Feb 2014 with Employer A.

2. I recently transferred to Employer B and started working once the Transfer Petition was filed.

3. I first got an RFE and subsequently a denial notice.

4. My Employer asked me to leave USA immediately while he can start the process again by filing a fresh H1B in Premium Processing.

So my question is if the new H1B petition is approved, I need not get my Visa stamped again and can move back to US with the new petition?

I am back to my home country now. What are the possible problems or issues that can be encountered at the POE in case of the travel?

I will try and keep it short. Yes, You can use the existing visa and the new aPProval to return.
