H4 visa for under 18 year old wife, please help

Hi All,

A month back I got married to a 17.5 old girl due some personal reasons and now I am back to US.

Because of she is under 18 we have applied for the passport using her father's passport and I have got marriage certificate from Wakf board's Kazi as I heard Kazi's certificate is enough for US consulate.

In few days we will receive the passport for my wife, so my question is can I use that passport and the marriage certificate which I got from Kazi to send her for h-4 visa interview.

Please help me in this situation as we both miss each other :)

Please do not get advise on such matters from an anonymous forum. It should be absolutely possible. Talk to the firm of Murthy.
