L2 Extension when L1B Expired, but having valid i94?

Hi,

My L1B is expiring in Jan,2013 and I got a valid i94 till 2015. My dependent [L2] is in India and they can only travel to USA after March, 2013 [That time her visa also expired].

1) What is the process to get my dependent visa [L2] extented? So that I can bring her to USA after Mar,2013.

2) What is the process to get a new visa for my baby?

Please help me to know the information. So that I can plan it accordingly.

yOUR VISA VALIDITY IS IMMATERIAL. sHE WILL GET A l2 VISA BASED ON YOUR i94.

Thanks for your reply. Please advise me like "What is the process to extend the depedent visa with I94"

When I asked my Employer for L2 extension with my I94, they said that the L2 visa Extension can be done only when the I94 validity is less than 6 months and also the Dependent should be physically present in the US.

Your dependents will need to get a valid L2 visa to travel to the USA and on arrival they will get an I94 till 2015..

I dont know how to start the process and what are the documents required from Primary Visa holder [L1B] and in which category it will come, either L2 Extension or New L2 again?

Please help me to understand the procedure. I have no idea on this process.
