Does H1B stamping required even though my L1 visa is valid.

On 2010 I came to US on L1 visa. But on 2009 i got my H1b. After i came to US on 2010 on L1 Visa I moved moved to a new company in US and working under H1b in 2011 July. My L1 visa is valid till July 2013. I am planning to travel to India.

Do I need to go for a VISA interview for H1b to re-enter US, though my L1 visa is valid till july 2013.

Any information on this will be highly appreciated.

You need H1 stamp to reenter to be on H1B status. The visa you use at POE will be your status in the country.

Hopefully you will be more coherent in your responses to the VO. If you mean you came here in L1 status and had a COS to H1 status with the new company and you are now in H1 status, then YES you need a H1 visa.
