H1-B VISA- Can we take Rifle license

Hi,

I am working in the USA on H1-B visa. I am very much interested in learing\practicing Rifle shooting.

1. Is it a good option to take license?

2. Will this have any impact on my future H1-B stampings?

3. Do I need to fill the information that I have training in fire arms when I submit DS-160 in the future?

4. If I need to mention that I am experienced in fire-arms(rifle shooting), will that have any impact on my H1-B stamping?

You will need to research Texas Law. You could locate a shooting range and ask there . Unless you use that rifle unlawfully Uncle Sam has no standing.
