L1 to H1, petition approved but I-94 not issued, got new offer from one big company

Hi,

Right now i on L1 through company A. My H1 petition got approved in october through Local consultant B. But i dint get I 94 because i went out of US in july and re enter into US in august. I just got offer from one of top IT company in US "C"

Can "C" transfer my H1 to itself and my status will get change ?

May i get new I-94 in this situation ?

C can file a H1 petition for you with COS and then you can start work for C.
