H1b - (Teaching job) Private school

hi,

I got an offer for teaching job from a private school in NY.

This particular school has not done H1b in past, this is first time they will be doing it. Can this be a risk for my H1b application?

I already have H1b and currently in US, they will just be doing a H1b transfer, but still it think they will need to be at certain level (financially) to do so?

It is their problem. If you accepted then wait for them top process the H1. If you want have your own lawyer on bopard to liase with them.
