My fiancée has a B1 visa already and we are planning to apply for a H4 dependent visa for her. However, she is trying for an internal transfer and would have to apply for a L1 visa if the internal transfer gets approved. Question... Should she apply for a H4 now? Or wait till the internal transfer/ L1 decision is made. Link to comment
