I have a L1 visa which expires on Dec 30 2012 and i wanted to go to India and comeback to USA in the month of November 2012. My employer will extend the visa after i comeback . Does anyone travel to USA with visa validity for one month. Does anyone face issues at port of entry ? Thanks in Advance!! Link to comment
