kamalyunus Posted October 18, 2012 Report Share Posted October 18, 2012 I`m currently on H1B working in US. My wife has gone to india for some urgent thing. Thing is, we both have the approved visa extension(I797 A) till 2015. But for both of us, the visa stamp on passport has expired in Sept 2012. While she in india, can she get her H4 visa stamping done, without having me travel to india? Will it be a problem, if i dont have a valid visa stamp on passport, but have approved H1B extension till 2015? Anyone please reply,,,this is urgent....much appreciated Link to comment
