My lawyer said that I cannot join the company until my employer receives the approval courtesy copy(i797C). I haven't heard back from them yet. Please advice if I can join the company w/o this document. I have been waiting since 6 months. Thanks in Advance! Link to comment

rohang Posted October 18, 2012 Report Share Posted October 18, 2012 wait that counts is just 8 days, as your petition got answered on 10th. Generally it takes couple of weeks, 797C will come before 797A. dont worry long wait is over, it is just matter of days now. Link to comment
