Can anyone please send me the checklist for all docs needed for H4 Visa.

Just google around and we'll find various websites that carry this information. The docs are the same as H1B stamping like I797, pay stubs, W2, tax returns etc but you'll also need marriage certificate, wedding album, wedding invitation and/or any other evidence that proves the marriage occured between the dependent going for visa and the spouse.

7> Company Financials(original) ......................................................Provided by company

9> Photograph of marriage ceremony at important functions ...............Arranged by you
