L1toH1Guy Posted October 16, 2012 Report Share Posted October 16, 2012 I have been working on L1 for last 1 year with Company A. Another company B offered me fulltime employment in May and filed an H1 in this years quota for me. They also filed COS and got both approved. Now they (B) are saying that they will not start my payroll unless they find a client for me. How long can i continue to work on L1. What are my options? Link to comment
