URGENT: 2nd H1 B expiring - Is there a grace period??

My 2nd H1-B is expiring in 20 days and I wanted to know for real if there is OR isn't a GRACE period for 30/60/90 days where I can stay to wrap up my stuff here? There was a flag in my labor application and my H1 extension cannot be applied as my Labor has not cleared. That's my situation.

Can someone please confirm ASAP?

No grace period. You should apply for a COS from H1 to B2 before your H4 expires and that will give you a couple of months leeway.

There are two situations where there is a 10-day grace period for an H1:

1. You can enter the US up to 10 days before the H1 starts.

2. You can stay for up to 10 days after the H1 ends.

There are no other grace periods for somebody on H1.
