NeedAdviceH1
Hello Everyone, I am presently on my 7th year of H1B visa with an approved I140 with Company A. The H1B with Company A is valid till Mar 2015. I accepted an offer with Company B and they have filed my H1B transfer on 4th Oct 2012 through regular processing and are pressuring me to start as soon as I can. My question is, what will happen if Company A revokes my I140 immediately after I start with Company B, if I do not yet have the H1B transfer approval with Company B? Will my H1B with Company B be denied and will I have to leave the country? If so, do you recommend that I ask Company B to upgrade the H1B transfer to premium processing and start with them only after approval? Please let me know. Thanks in advance. Link to comment

luck2u
It's safe to change your H1B transfer to Premium Processing if you suspect your Employer A who may revoke your existing I-140. Link to comment
