jayvini
Hi, I have received the approval notice I 797C for my L1A application. My wife has been denied 3 times in this year for B2 visa. If I and my wife, we both go for my L1A and her L2 visa, is it possible the interviewing officer may deny my visa just because he sees that my wife was denied B2 visa 3 times this year. Is it possible the interviewing officer denies my wife's L2 and just issues me the L1A visa? Please guide..Thank you. Link to comment
pontevecchio
It is not possible. The 2 issues are separate unless fraud was involved in the B2 rejection. Link to comment

jayvini
I have a question. The L1 visa applicant will be going in for visa stamping alongwith his spouse for her L2 visa, but they don't have a marriage certificate. They were married since 45 years. Both their passport show each other's spouse names, their children passports show both parents names, they have multiple black & white marriage pictures, both children birth certificates show both parents names, the L1 applicant has made affidavits from his relatives/friends who has confirmed they were present 45 years ago for their marriage. Is all this proof sufficient enough?? Link to comment
