Help Needed to fill I 539 COS from H1 to H4

Hi All,

I came to US with a H4 visa, and this year I applied for a H1, which was approved, start date was october 1st 2012.

But due to certain health issues, I cannot start working now and I want to file a COS from H1 back to H4.

I have a doubt regarding Part 4 -> Question 3 g -> "Have you, or any other person/included in this application,been employed in US since last admitted or granted an extension or change of status?"

What should my response to this question be : YES /NO

I have not been drawing any salary so far, neither have I applied for my SSN.

Appreciate any help.
