COS to B2 pending....Going for CP for H1

Hi All,

I am currently on an L1B-B2 COS status which is still pending.

I am going for an H1 visa stamp in November.

Assume I get the visa and re-enter on the H1 and then sometime after that the original COS to B2 gets approved, does anyone know what status I will be on?

Once you leave the country the COS to B2 is automatically deemed denied.
