My L1b Visa expires on Nov 2012 My i94 expires on Jul 2014 i129 valid till Nov 2012 i797 valid Indefiniely from Mar 2008 My Wife's L2 visa expires on Nov 2012 My Wife's i94 expires on Nov 2012 My company is processing a i539 only for my Wife. Is this fine? How would the immigration knows about my status if they are not providing any of my documents? I read a forum where this was handled by indicvidual instead of Company processing it, by approaching the CBP officer. Surprisingly Husband's i94 date to match the Visa expiry date and when approched again Husband & Wife's i94 extended. So should I wait for my company to process my i-539 in the coming week or should I approach the CBP officcer? Thanks! Link to comment
