I am wiling to take appointment for my wife's H4 visa.

On the new website for the visa appointment , on final screen we are needed to enter two things.

Since its application for H4 visa appointment, what will be answer to this fields.

1. Principal Applicant -

Spouse(H1b Holder's name) or Wife(H4 interview's name)

2. Petitioner

Spouse(H1b Holder's name) or Spouse's Company(H1b holders's company)
