Now I want to bring my wife here from India who is on H4. Is this possible to bring my wife here while my Visa is amending as full approval would take around 3 to 4 months. I want my wife to go to H4 stamping in Dec itself while i am there, now i am wondering if its even possible. Can you give my your contact details so we can talk about this. pontevecchio Posted October 18, 2012 Report Share Posted October 18, 2012 One gets a H4 visa and then comes over. The I94 she or he gets is based on the expiry of the spouses I94 which is based on the petition expiry. Please do the math. Link to comment
