Re appearing for Visa Stamping

I was in US in 2006 on f1 visa, applied for H1b for 2010-11 facial year, and was approved till 2013. For some personal and emergency reasons I had to come to India during the month of May 2011 and had appeared for stamping in Chennai. They gave me 221g asking for the client letter, and other details of my employer. But by the time I appeared for the Visa I lost my job in US, so never had the Client letter. So I never replied to the 221g till now.

My questions

1. What might be the situation for my 221g now?

2. Is my H1b still valid?

3. Can I go to stamping with a different client letter?

4.What will be the possibilities and procedures of going to the Visa stamping for H1b?

First talk to the firm of Murthy in Chennai. You can then get a H1 sponsor to file a H1 petition for you..non cap as you seem to have been capped.
