GC with a small company

I recently talked to this this company and seems like they are working with a good company having relaxed work environment(flexibility in work etc)

They are also ready to do immediate GC processing after joining( once H1B is approved)

They do have good reviews on internet

Is it ok to join a $5.3 million company with a headcount of around 150 and expect to get the green card?

A company with 150 people is not a "small company"...

My company has 5 people on payroll and they applied for my GC. Friend of mine works for a company where there are only 2 employees, himself and his boss working out of their home. His GC is approved as well.

by the way, 150 headcount is not a small company.
