I had to travel to India in July due to a family emergency and my attorney suggested me to stay there until I got my H1b approved. I got my H1b approval on August 17 and I had my H1b Stamped on September 06,2012. On September 11 my company got a letter that my H1b is revoked since my employer had requested for it. This is not true, neither the employer nor petitioner had raised such a request. I am stuck in India now, raised a request for expedite processing but did not hear anything from USCIS yet. How quick is USCIS to fix such time sensitive errors? My H1b starts this october 1st and I will not be able to work even on my OPT after that. I am currently working from India, since my company needs me desperately. Please give me some advise on this matter. Link to comment
