H1b Visa with other employer and planning H4 visa with new petition

I have few questions regarding the Visa process for my fiance. I am going to get married in Nov and need few information for my fiance H4 Visa. Currently I have I-797 petition with new employer and started working with that company but having visa with my old employer until Dec 30th 2012. So my questions is when I go to India and have my fiance to attend the H4 visa she will be taking the I-797 petition with the new employer and will have visa with new employer. Will it cause any problem for my existing visa when I come back from India with my fiance? And also I am planning to come back some time on Dec 17th 2012. Will it cause any problem at port of entry as I will have only 13 days left on my Visa but I have valid petition with new employer until April 2014th.

The best way is for both of you to go for the respective visas together. If you have any doubts about getting the H1 visa please remember that the H4 visa will be issued based on the credibility of your H1.
