SamirM86 Posted September 14, 2012 Report Share Posted September 14, 2012 Applied for H1 in April, Got a RFE, replied back with client letter and details and yesterday got an update that my H1 is denied. My employer is waiting for the denial letter to know the reason of denial . I want to know the options available right now for me and am i eligible for 60 days grace period? pontevecchio Posted September 14, 2012 Report Share Posted September 14, 2012 If this is a F1 to H1 situation and you have a cap gap I20 I suspect you will have the usual grace period. Run this by your DSO today. Link to comment
