pkthegr8 Posted August 31, 2012 Report Share Posted August 31, 2012 Hi., My L1 visa/I129s expiring on 6th Oct 2012 and have i94 till 27th Nov 2013. My wife who is in L2 has EAD/visa/I94 till 6th Oct 2012 and got approved h1b starting from 1st Oct 2012 to 2015 If she lose her h1b status, does she have to go out of US immediately the day she lose her status? if not needed to go out of US immediately then can she apply for change of status to L2 with me the L1 holder having ONLY the i94 and not a valid visa?
