I have read forums mentioning that once H1B is approved within 3 weeks of Oct 1st I should have a paycheck else my H1 will be revoked. I would like to know if I am required to start work immediately after oct 1st once my H1B is approved or do I have any time limit within which I need to start work. Thanks for your replies.
