The H1 is effective from 1st October 2012 which is a Monday. my change of status will be done on 1st october 2012. If I quit company A with the last day as sep 30, which is a sunday, most likely, they'll consider my last day as 28th which is a friday. My question is that for the saturday and Sunday, I'll be without a payroll. Is that okay? will I be legal for those 2 weekend days? Link to comment
