H1B on current employer and pending EB3. Given EAD and pending I-140 EB2 on different employer

Greetings!

I would really appreciate if someone could give their opinion on our status.

My wife is currently working on H1b, I-140 expires this month and H1B renewal was received by USCIS 3mos ago.

She has pending EB3 on the same employer with PD Oct 2006.

Since her current employer is very unstable and threatened closure last year,

we applied for EB2 on different employer and we both now have EAD (still unused) and waiting for I-140

decision.

Since then, her current employer was acquired by new company, and they are asking us to update our immigration information.

so here are my questions:

1. Will there be a possible conflict of interest between H1B renewal on her current employer and EB2 application (pending I-140) on different employer?

2. Should she tell her current hospital's lawyer about her pending EB2? Should she tell them about my SS# and our EAD since they know that I am only on H4 visa?

You should have her get her own Lawyer and discuss the issues. You seem to be creating hypothetical problems where non exist.
