pontevecchio
H1 is dual intent and has NO connection to getting a tourist visa. If the firm knows how to file a H1 petition they know how to revoke it. In any case it is their problem. You can apply for the tourist visa whether your H1 petition is revoked or not. Link to comment
wiweq
"I want to revoke ( withdraw ) my H1B file as I am moving Canada." => As an employee, you can't revoke your H1b. Just leave the job with written notice, have this proof, you are done with your job! Link to comment
