Rule1
Hello, I recently got the approval of transfer petition wth extension of stay denied. ( I 797 B with consulate name on it ) but I have valid visa from previous employer so still do I need to required to go for stamping again or Just required to cross the border and come back again with new i94 ? Also wanted to know can my previous employer ask USCIS to cancel my visa stamp ( VISA on my passport page ) also ? Thanks Link to comment
pontevecchio
1. Cross the border and return 2. NO Link to comment
wiweq
If extension is denied, with I797 you must have assigned a US consulate. You need to report them and get the new visa. Better to involve an attorney. Link to comment
Rule1
@Wiweq If I will contact US concsulate they will ask for stamping and it takes a long time now a days So can I use the old visa to travel back ? Look at pontevecchio advice. Thanks Link to comment
