H-1B Extension/Ammendment Premium Processing issues

Hi,

My employer is planning to process my H-1B Extension this month and at the same time, he is warning that almost all the H-1B premium extension applications are ending up in RFE's. He is forcing me to apply the extension using the normal process. I have applied for both H-1B extension and LCA amendment.

Can you please suggest what should I do ?

You have applied for nothing. He has. So as long as you know he has filed before the existing petition/I94 expires you can wait.

Below is a list of online status update under premium processing of H1 transfer to a new employer at VSC.

July 5: Application Receipt

July 11: RFE reveived

August 20: RFE replied

August 24: RFE response review (Friday)

August 27: Case approved (Monday)
