H4 visa has previous employer

Hi,

My wife got the dependent Visa stamping however I see one issue with

the visa stamp in her passport. It has my old employer, looks like she

may have submitted my old I797 at the consulate, they took my current

employment verification letter. They stamped the visa with old employer.

Will this cause any issues?

Is there a way to get this changed?

I am in simillar situation, but on my wife's visa the petetioner name and number both are wrong. I was never assoicated with this petitioner. Would this be a problem. BTW, my wife is already in USA with this wrong visa.
