I140 with company A, with company B and filing 7th year H1 Ext via Company C

Need some expert opinion on feasibility and chances of H1 extension approval for 7th year based on different company's approved I140.

I have an approved i140 from my employer 1 in EB2 category. I changed from employer 1 to employer 2 a year back. Now employer 2 is not paying me correctly. If I switch employer at this time (6 months left to complete 6 years of H1b including all vacation out of US time), can I get an extension ( 1 year atleast) on my new H1b?

I am at a very crucial stage w.r.t my visa. Any help appreciated. It is very urgent.
