H1 Transfer befor it Activate? possible?

Hi Guys,

Came on F1. Stem extension is endind dec-2012.

H1B got approved 1st week of July 2012 and starting date is oct-01-2012 and valid for only one Year!

Now I got offer from my previous client to join me back for long term project. So Client's preferred vendor who is a big name in consulting firm last 50years want to transfer my H1b and they said that they can transfer H1b before its activate!!!

So my question is

1) on what basis they will transfer H1 on OPT or inactive H1b?

2) Chances to get reject H1b if they transfer next week before it activate?

3)Any issue while stamping that why you have changed before it's activate?

Please please guide on this.

1. It is because there is nothing called a "transfer" Also not to sound too pedantic nothing gets" activated." The H1 comes into effect from October,1. Since you have been cap counted once you are entitled to change employers on H1 any number of times for a total period in H1 status of 6 years and this is why they can file your H1 petition.

2 Zero because of this concern.

3. Any issue telling them in English why you changed? You are getting too worried. It should not ordinarily be a problem.
