eaves123 Posted August 20, 2012 Report Share Posted August 20, 2012 Hi, My h1b is filed on jun 6 2012,when i asked my employer regarding the filing he mailed me filed date and receipt number.but i keep on asking him to send any other papers related to filing .At last he mailed I797 copy ,with a different receipt number but the filing date is same jun 6 2012.what shall i do.Is there any way i can get the authenticity .I would like to know that receipt num and bebificiary name is correct or not Thank u so much in advance Link to comment
