H4-->H1-->H4 issue? Please Help! Urgent

Hi All,

Here is my situation - Please Help

My wife came to US on h4 in june2011 and has a valid h4 visa stamp until april 2014.

Later, she did a change of status from h4 to h1b in 2012 april and it was approved. currently she is on bench with no paystubs. Now she want to goto india and also change back to h4 status.

my question is -

1) can she goto india and come back with her existing valid h4 visa? will there be a problem at port of entry ?

2) or, does she has to go for h4 visa stamping again in india consulate? if so, will be there be a problem because of her prior H1 and no paystubs?

She applied it last year and got approved in April 2012
