ak_mn_10 Posted December 6, 2012 Report Share Posted December 6, 2012 June 6th 2012 - applied for H1b under regular processing August 3rd week - upgraded to PP August 31 - received RFE OCT 2nd week - replied to RFE I am still waiting to hear from them.Its way past the 15 day calender period. Any idea how long before Uscis responds ? Online status is not changed.I am gettign frustrated. reading cases which get rejected after waiting for 60 days , scares me. Boss says , lawyer is following it up but i dont know how he is folloiwng it up. Link to comment
