I recieved RFE on 08/20 and lawyers responded on 09/13 under PP. Yesterday the online status showed 'Initial Review' and today it says 'Acceptance' I thought it should be 'RFE Response Review'. sameer001 Posted September 17, 2012 Report Share Posted September 17, 2012 @chat19 The same thing happened to my case after upgrading to pp. On 13th sept the status changed from rfe response review to Initial review and on 14th sept it changed from initial review to Acceptance i.e the current status now.
